VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

Delaware Pride Inc. invites vendors to participate in our events, showcasing products and services that celebrate diversity and inclusion. Our vendor program provides an excellent opportunity to connect with the community and share your offerings with a diverse audience.

We welcome vendors that align with our mission, including artisans, food vendors, and businesses that promote LGBTQ+ visibility and acceptance. By joining us, you'll not only gain exposure to potential customers but also contribute to a vibrant, supportive environment that uplifts and empowers individuals.

Pride Fest will run from 10am-5pm. Set-up for vendors starts at 8am. If you leave early, you will not be invited back. This is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable should the festival be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather. Vendor Fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel or not show up.

This online application is for vendors completing and paying electronically.

Space size is 10'x10'

Space cost: For-Profit Vendor $75

                  Non-Profit $40

Tables and chairs are available to rent

Table $20 per table in advance

No request for tables and chairs day of festival will be accepted

Payment will need to be submitted through PayPal at the end of this application in order to submit your application and confirm your space.

Your spot is NOT reserved until the application and payment is received.

Spaces DO NOT include electric or water. You must provide all needed power cords, power supply, potable water, cord protection, etc. that your operation requires.

There is NO GUARANTEE that you are the only vendor of your type.

In order to be included in the Official 2025 Pride Guide, we must receive your application no later than April 30th, 2025.

Event will be held on the streets surrounding the Legislative Green and on the Legislative Green grass area.

Food Vendor Application

All approved vendors will receive a Delaware Pride Vendor confirmation e-mail. If you have not received this, then we may not have your application.

Our Snack Vendors:

Snacks are great and we need your munchies to make Delaware Pride an even more amazing event!  Popcorn, Ice Cream, Pretzels, Candy, Cupcakes, Cookies, Specialty Beverages and more!  


No proteins are allowed to be sold as a snack vendor. Thank you.

Regulations


All food vendors are required to obtain and post a current Board of Health Certificate, which must state the June 7, 2025 date.


ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE COPY OF CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE TO DELAWARE PRIDE WITH APPLICATION.   INSURANCE MUST COVER DELAWARE PRIDE AND THE CITY OF DOVER.

  • Food vendors who are cooking on site must have a fire extinguisher in their booth.


  • Food vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area of all food and rubish at the end of the festival.


  • Food vendors must comply with all Kent County Health Department rules & regulations.


Vendor participant certifies that it maintains adequate liability insurance to cover any and all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to any person who may be a patron within the confines of the Vendor participant’s booth space.

Food Trucks selling proteins, sandwiches, sides, etc. We will do everything to fit your truck in and accommodate. Please be sure to submit the correct measurement and we do ask that you are not more than 10 feet wide.

  • To immediately reserve your vendor space you can pay your vendor application fees online once submitting this application. Or you can mail in your payment to the address below, make checks payable to Delaware Pride.


  • Submit a copy of your Insurance with your Delaware Pride Vendor Application electronically (mail if unable).


  • Submit a copy of the Health Department Form Electronically (mail if unable).

Space Sizes are exact. Make sure to select the correct footage for your stand/truck/trailer. There will be NO REFUNDS for vehicles that do not fit within the confines of the space sizes listed.

All Non Delaware Food Vendors must include the Environmental Health Field Services with your Application. Delaware Food Vendors should already have one on file with the state. Mobile Food Vendors Must attach a copy of their mobile food permit!

Please Agree To The Terms Below:

2025 Hold Harmless Agreement


Exhibitor agrees to protect, save and keep Delaware Pride, Inc., all presenting sponsors and their representatives and agents forever harmless from any claims or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor, or those holding under or through the exhibitor, and exhibitor shall indemnify and hold them harmless against any and all loss, costs, damage, liabilities, cause of action, debts, or expenses arising from or by reason of any injury to exhibitors, their employees, agents or guests or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the contract.  When acts of God, work stoppages or any other cause not within the control of show management make it impossible for exhibitor or any of their materials to occupy or function in the show premises, the exhibitor shall waive any claim for damages or compensation.

IN ADDITION, EXHIBITOR FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT INSURANCE COVERING THE EXHIBITOR AND THEIR PROPERTY AGAINST DAMAGE, PROPERTY AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION LOSSES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXHIBITOR.

Any modification of this agreement shall be null and void unless said modification is set forth in writing and signed by the same parties (or their representatives) having signed this agreement made on the below date. This agreement incorporates all agreements and understandings, either oral and or written, between the parties and has not excluded any term contemplated prior to the signatures of the parties. This agreement has been read, understood and entered into freely, voluntarily and absent of duress by the parties signed below.
