RON BARISANO

Ron is the board secretary for Delaware Pride, Inc., and coordinates logistics for the 2025 Pride Festival. He is serving his third year as the Event & Sponsor Coordinator for the Dover Days Celebration Committee resulting in over 160 vendors, twenty food trucks, largest parade in the state of Delaware, historic re-enactors, tethered hot air balloon, bounce house, etc. 

Ron is a team leader of staff and volunteers, communicator, fundraiser, strategic planner, and developer of programs. He is well known for his community service and leadership of developing other organizations such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) New Jersey, Southern Chapter, the Valley Council of Health and Human Service Organizations and Rotary Clubs in Connecticut and New Jersey. He held the certification of Certified Fundraising Executive from CFRE International.
